The first one looks like a Sea Perch but I’m not too fussed about nailing the exact species as there are hundreds in the family.
2nd one that Liz is holding is a Skipjack tuna, Katsuwonus pelamis. Good eating.
Pretty sure the third is what is commonly known as a Sea Pike and is a member of the Barracuda family but generally not so nice to eat: Wiki says it’s only found in the Western Atlantic so you might wanna update that
